I would like to compliment Gary Jones and his team for recently installing gutters on my home. Let me first state that I am a very difficult homeowner to please. Over several months, I contacted eight different gutter companies. Only one company stood out. My expectations were simple. 1. I wanted the person(s) working on my house to speak my language. If there was a problem, I wanted to be able to communicate with the workers verbally and not have to use hand gestures to get my point across or ask a question. 2. I wanted someone that would remember their appointment, then keep that appointment and explain the process to be implemented in simple terms. 3. I wanted a company that would warranty their work with integrity and follow up to resolve the issue(s) if any occurred. I thought my expectation were simple. Apparently it was not. However, one company stood head and shoulders above the rest. That was Rain Relief Inc. They kept it simple; kept their word, did what they said and more. All others paled compared to them. It was refreshing to work with a company that was efficient, reliable and had integrity. Most of the sales personnel from other companies were either indifferent of fell into a category of being slimy. I didn’t want someone to tell me what I wanted to hear just so they could collect my check. Gary Jones is a real down-to-earth person with a welcomed sense-of-humor. I would like to commend and recommend Gary Jones and his team. He made sure all my requests were met; he followed through on is word and followed up on his work. When questions arose, he was patient and took the time to answer them. He was upfront, honest and reputable. Thanks to Rain Relief Inc., my mind is now out-of-the-gutters and I can move on to other important issues around the house. Sincerely, John Franks
I am beyond satisfied with my new under deck system. I researched several companies and couldn't be happier I chose you. When Randy and Gary came out to give the estimate, they made me feel comfortable and confident that my job would be done right. They installed my under deck system professionally and foremost exceeded my high quality standards. If I had a question, they always took the time to answer it completely. I could see that they take pride in their work and they did give me their best. Thank you for doing an outstanding job and giving me an area that looks better than I could ever imagine. Hello Gary, Therone here, just wanted to say that I really am pleased with the work presented by your company. The awesome job, the installation of the undercover/gutters, works perfectly because after we had a down pour of rain the water traveled to paths of least résistance, down the spout and away from the house. The up top gutters worked so well, I could stand just outside of my upper deck door way and not get wet. Just a great job, thank you sooo much for an outstanding job and customer service.
